who am i?
My name is Dr. Kelsey Sutherland, PT, DPT. I’m a wife, mom, and physical therapist who specializes in all things pelvic floor and women’s health.
I graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. After a few years working in a typical clinic setting, I decided that I wanted to branch out into the online world to better help my clients! Clinic work did not allow me near enough time to devote to the wonderful people who truly needed my assistance.
My goal is to help YOU discover how to work with your body to achieve optimal health and fitness. And to do this, we’re going to start from the bottom up!
